Wallet linking guide

We will never ask for your private key, seed phrase, recovery phrase or wallet password. Anyone who asks for them is not us.

1. Blockchain Wallet ID (identity)

  1. Open Dashboard → Blockchain Wallet ID.
  2. Click Connect wallet (MetaMask or another EVM browser wallet), or paste your public address.
  3. Request a challenge. You will see a Sign-In-With-Ethereum style message containing a one-time nonce and an expiry time (5 minutes).
  4. Sign the message. This is a signature only (personal_sign) — it does not create a transaction, approve a token or move funds.
  5. Our server recovers the signer address from the signature and marks the wallet VERIFIED if it matches. Each challenge works once.

Supported networks: Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, Base and Avalanche C-Chain. Smart-contract wallets that sign with EIP-1271 are not supported yet.

2. PHX Account and PHX Wallet ID

  1. Open Dashboard → PHX Wallet ID and enter your PHX Account ID and PHX Wallet ID. Never enter your PHX password.
  2. The PHX account is verified by the PHX provider (signed callback) or reviewed by an administrator.
  3. Once VERIFIED, this wallet satisfies the PHX activation requirement.
  4. To change it, submit a new one. Your current verified wallet remains in use until the new one is verified.

Why two identities?

The blockchain wallet proves who you are. The PHX wallet is where authorised reward distributions are sent. They are stored and verified separately and are not your internal point wallets.
