• Security data: IP address, user agent, login times and audit records of sensitive actions.

Data we never collect

Private keys, seed or recovery phrases, wallet passwords or PHX passwords.

Why we use it

To operate accounts, verify identities, keep accurate point records, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations and support you.

Sharing

With the PHX provider only as needed to verify your PHX account and deliver authorised reward distributions; with service providers (hosting, email) under contract; and with authorities when legally required.

Retention
