1. Operator

2. Nature of the service

The platform records internal points (USDT Points and PHX Points) in a centralized database. Points are not money, securities, deposits or cryptocurrency, and are not redeemable for cash unless a separate written policy says so.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and hold only one account. Activation is at our discretion after manual review. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

4. Wallet identities

You confirm you control any blockchain wallet you link and any PHX account you register. We never request private keys, seed phrases or passwords.

5. Packages and rewards

Package terms (cost, rate range, cycles) are fixed when you subscribe. Reward entitlements are credited in USDT Points according to the Point and Rewards Policy and are released to your spendable balance after administrator approval.

6. Referral program

Only direct referrals earn commission as described in the Point and Rewards Policy. Self-referral and fake accounts are prohibited.

7. Corrections

Errors are corrected with compensating ledger entries. Posted entries are never deleted.

8. Liability
